For several weeks I have been pushing myself hard at the gym - spinning, circuit training, treadmill, the full programme.
The first time I packed my gym bag, I noticed what a lot of items I was having to cart about. Not only a change of underwear (very important!) but also shower gel and so on and since I have no desire to use mainstream products at home, nor do I like to take them to the studio.
So I went to the warehouse and have been looking out for products that take up little space and are not too expensive. The result is the attached list. Take a look, perhaps there is something that will suit you.

My shampoo for the fitness studio
Personally, I do not like 2-in-1 products (shampoo & shower gel in one), so I use, for example, the men-ü - Healthy Hair and Scalp Shampoo or men-ü - Daily Refresh Shampoo. Firstly, it is nice and small, secondly, the men-ü products are highly concentrated so last a long time and finally, the pump mechanism can be used to measure the dosage accurately.
If I use pomade during the day, I do not go far with the men-ü shampoo. Then I use the 100 ml version of the Reuzel Scrub Shampoo. So I get the pomade washed out very well.

My shower gel for after the workout
What stands out for me with these products: shower gels with screw caps are very impractical, you never know what to do with the lid.
The shower gels shown here are not too expensive (remember, men-ü shower gel is highly concentrated) and cleanse effectively.

Talc - for a dry feeling
OK, I don’t use it myself, but there are some people who do not want to miss out on talc. I keep seeing visitors to the gym blow-drying their feet after showering. Hmmm, Clubman Pineau - Talc White could be a real alternative.

Small sized facial cleanser
Facial cleanser is a matter of taste, but this is a product I cannot live without. I use the men-ü - Healthy Facial Wash, not only during shaving but also use the small size under the shower at the gym.
I wear a beard and my whiskers are also cleansed at the same time. As with its big brother, you need only to use a very small amount of the cleanser. A little goes a long way, as the English say.
If you are not so keen on tea tree oil, I recommend the inexpensive and very popular facial cleaners from Bulldog.

Moisture on the Go
OK, we have sweated, showered and washed off perspiration, grease and oil with the facial cleanser: now the facial skin needs some replenishment.
Since I often feel hot and sweaty after a workout, I like to use the men-ü - Facial Moisturiser Lift. It contains menthol and has a pleasant cooling effect.
Alternatively, you can use the Matt Moisturiser which has a mattifying effect and is particularly suitable for oily skin.

The Finish - Styling
I myself go to the gym in the evening, when after showering, I don't want to use pomade on my hair. In order not to go completely "product-free on top", I use men-ü - Smooth Leave in Conditioner. It provides hold at the same time as maintaining hair and scalp, and I do not need to wash my hair again before I go to bed.
TIP: Pomade offers better hold at the gym than normal hair gel; moisture and heat usually cause hair gel to dissolve.
